Data Deletion Instructions - WePrintYourGift

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete the data we've collected through your interactions with us via our website, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, please follow any of the methods below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Via Email
Send a message to info@weprintyourgift.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including:

  • Your full name
  • The phone number or email address used to contact us
  • The platform you used to contact us (Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp / Website)

Method 2: Via Phone
Contact us at +20 10 62434858 and request deletion of your data, providing the information mentioned above to verify your identity.

Method 3: Via Facebook/Instagram
If you contacted us via Messenger or Instagram, you can also delete your conversation history directly from your account settings on the platform. This will remove the conversation copy from your device, and we will delete the associated data from our systems within the period outlined below.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

  1. We will verify your identity to confirm the validity of the request
  2. Your personal data (name, phone number, email, conversation content, submitted images) will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of receiving the confirmed request
  3. We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete, via the same channel you contacted us through

Exceptions

If there is a completed or pending purchase order, we may retain certain related data (such as invoice details) for the period required by Egyptian law for accounting and tax purposes, even if the rest of your data has been deleted.
